Just read the January issue of Self Magazine and the content is great! Pretty much read it cover to cover.
I love Jillian Michaels and her workout DVDs, in this issue they have 8 moves you can do with your own body weight for 1 minute each, 2 sets and it's supposed to be very effective which I totally believe.
Lets see if I can manage to fit this in at least ONCE a week. I mean come on, it's only 16 minutes out of my day!
